Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students
Education Queensland is committed to provisions that ensure all young Queenslanders have a right to and receive a quality education. Our aim is to create the conditions for each learner to progress towards responsible self-management, whilst learning about how and why people behave the way they do. Because we focus on catering for individual differences, we realise that all children will move towards this goal at their own pace and that they will also have individual needs along the way. School Wide Positive Behaviour Support-SWPBS
In 2009 our school was accepted into SWPBS. SWPBS is not a program, it is a process that:
1. Builds capacity in schools to increase appropriate student behaviour & decrease student problem behaviour.
2. Builds a continuum of support for all students.
3. Emphasises the building of comprehensive school, class and individual systems.
4. “Re-thinks” school discipline

GOLD LEVEL is about Leadership, 100% effort (in all areas of work) and encouraging others to show respect for learning, self, property and the environment.
